Registration

Enrollment is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A non-refundable annual membership fee is due at registration to reserve your dancer's place in class.
 

Tuition

Tuition is billed monthly and is based on your dancer's total weekly class hours, not attendance. Payments are due on the scheduled billing date each month.
 

Withdrawal

Written notice is required to withdraw from classes. Tuition will continue to be charged until written notification is received. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Attendance

Regular attendance is encouraged to help dancers build confidence, develop skills, and progress safely. Please notify the studio if your dancer will be absent.

Make-Up Classes

When space allows, dancers may attend a comparable make-up class for missed classes. Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Weather Closures

Weather-related cancellations will be communicated through email, the Parent Portal, and social media. Make-up classes may be offered when appropriate.

Dress Code

Students should arrive dressed in the required class attire with the appropriate shoes and hair secured. A complete dress code is available on our Dress Code page.

Observation

Observation policies vary by age and class to create the best learning environment for our students. Families will be invited to designated observation opportunities throughout the season.

Safety

Students should arrive no more than 10 minutes before class and be picked up promptly afterward. Please inform the studio of any injuries or medical conditions that may affect participation.
 

Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during classes, performances, and studio events for promotional purposes. Families who prefer their child not be photographed should notify the studio in writing.
 

Studio Etiquette

We are committed to fostering a positive, respectful, and encouraging environment for every dancer. Kindness, respect, and good sportsmanship are expected from all students and families.
